Requirements for Certification
To become a certified Master Gardener, you must:
Participate in an approved learning opportunity from the Wisconsin Extension Horticultural Program, such as Foundations in Gardening
At the completion of all the requirements, you may receive an official Master Gardener Volunteer certificate and are eligible to order a name badge.
Recertification is required annually to remain a Wisconsin Master Gardener in good standing. Recertification is accomplished by completing and submitting a record of:
